We are very happy to announce, that Georg Tremmel has joined the Laboratory of DNA Information Analysis at University of Tokyo‘s Institute for Medical Science as a full-time GCOE Post-Doctoral Researcher on June 1st 2010.

Despite this full-time commitment, Georg will continue in his position as an Artistic Director of the BCL and will continue to explore the artistic collaboration possibilities between Art & Science and Media Theory. Only now from the ‘other’ side.

And access to the worlds 96th fastest super computer is quite a nice bonus.
